安全性护理在儿童心脏手术采用静脉留置针中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨静脉留置针在儿童心脏手术中的应用及护理。方法选取我院2013年6月至2014年6月接受心脏手术患儿600例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组300例。两组患儿均采用静脉留置针,对照组行常规护理,观察组行安全性护理,观察两组患儿的留置情况及不良反应情况。结果观察组留置时间明显长于对照组,护理时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为13.00%,明显低于对照组23.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿童心脏手术中应用静脉留置针,同时实施安全性护理,能有效提高留置效果,提高护理效率,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广运用。Objective To explore the application and nursing of venous indwelling needle in children with cardiac operation.Methods Six hundred cases of children with cardiac operation in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups, with 300 cases in each group. Both groups were given venous indwelling needle. Children in the control group were given routine nursing, while children in the observation group were given safety nursing. The indwelling situations and adverse reactions of two groups were observed and compared. Results The duration of indwelling of observation group was longer than that of control group, and the nursing time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group（P 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was 13.00%, significantly lower than 23.33% of control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusions Safety nursing of venous indwelling needle in children with cardiac operation can effectively improve indwelling effect and nursing efficacy, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
