摘 要:运用火灾爆炸量化分析方法建立了液化天然气槽车火灾爆炸模型,定量分析了20 t液化天然气槽车爆炸后果。结果表明,BLEVE爆炸中火球热辐射是主要的危害,10 s内人员死亡半径、二度烧伤半径和一度烧伤半径分别为43、124、196 m;93~109 m处的建筑物玻璃被震碎。灭火消防车停靠在上风向300 m处,车头朝向事发地相反方向;救援人员要少而精,及时疏散300 m以内的人员,疏散有困难时,150 m以外人员可选择在建筑物内避难;应积极采取措施冷却罐壁,防止罐壁长时间受热引发BLEVE爆炸。Quantitative analysis was applied to establishing fire and explosion models of liquefied natural gas(LNG) tanker wagons.And the explosion aftermath of a 20 t LNG tanker wagon was analyzed by quantitative method. The results showed that the fireball radiation was the major hazard of BLEVE. In 10 seconds, the radius of death, second-degree and first-degree burns were 43 m, 124 m and 196 m. The buildings glass was shattered from 93 m to 109 m. Finally, precautions were proposed: fire extinguishing truck parked in 300 m at upwind direction, headstock orientation in the opposite direction; Rescue workers should be fewer but better,rescued people within 300 m timely, when evacuation in trouble, personnel outside 150 m could choose refuge inside the building;Positive measures should be taken to cool tank wall to prevent the tank wall cause BLEVE explosion after long time heating.
