摘　　要：目的:探讨Roy适应模式在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法:将住院治疗的精神分裂症患者86例随机分为对照组和观察组各43例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予Roy适应模式的护理;护理干预8周后对两组患者采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)及护士用住院患者观察量表(NOSIE)进行调查分析。结果:观察组护理前后HAMD评分、HAMA评分、SCSQ中积极评分、NOSIE中社会功能评分和社会兴趣评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)D;护理8周后,观察组HAMD评分、HAMA评分、SCSQ中积极评分、NOSIE中社会功能评分和社会兴趣评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01 P<0.05)。结论:Roy适应模式能显著改善精神分裂症患者的焦虑、抑郁状态,增强适应各种刺激的能力,提高社会适应能力,有利于患者的康复治疗。Objective：To explore the effect of applying Roy adaptation model in the patients with schizophrenia. Methods：86 hospitalized patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group（43 cases in each group）. The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the Roy adaptation model was adopted in the observation group. The patients in the two groups were assessed by using HAMD,HAMA,SCSQ and NOSIE after nursing intervention for 8 weeks. Results：The differences in the comparison of the scores of HAMD,HAMA,SCSQ and NOSIE were statistically significant before and after nursing care in the observation group（P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05）;the comparison of the scores of HAMD,HAMA,SCSQ and NOSIE was significantly different between the two groups after nursing care for 8 weeks（P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Application of Roy adaptation model can significantly alleviate the state of anxiety and depression of patients with schizophrenia and can enhance their adaptive ability to various stimuli and improve the abil-ity to adapt to society,which is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
