安备双硫磷颗粒剂防治下水道口淡色库蚊幼虫的效果研究

摘　　要：目的了解安备双硫磷颗粒剂对城镇下水道口积水中孳生的淡色库蚊幼虫的防治效果。方法在一个小区的若干积水下水道口中使用不同剂量的安备,观察不同剂量条件下,安备对淡色库蚊幼虫的杀灭效果和持效期。结果使用低剂量(推荐剂量)的安备防治下水道口积水中的淡色库蚊幼虫,可在2 d内将蚊幼及蛹全部杀死,但其持效性却不是很理想;当使用中等剂量时,可在1 d内将蚊幼及蛹全部杀死,而且其持效性较低剂量也有明显提高;当使用两次施药的措施时,结果显示其持效期达到了4周。结论说明两次施药的措施对下水道口积水中的淡色库蚊幼虫有很好的杀灭和抑制再孳生的效果,是一种比较理想的施药方法。Objective To understand the efficacy of 1% temophos granule（ Abate） to control Culex pipiens pallens breeding in the drains. Methods Dozens of drains were treated by different dose of this insecticide,and the change of larve density was observed. Results The use of low dose（ the recommended dose） of 1% temophos granule in the prevention and treatment of Cx. pipiens pallens larvae breeding could kill all of larva and pupa in two days,however,the sustainable effect was not very satisfactory. When used in moderate doses,mosquito larva and pupa were killed in one day,and its sustainable effect also significantly improved. When used twice spraying measures,it showed the persistence reached four weeks. Conclusion Twice spraying of application is an ideal application method to control Culex pipiens pallens breeding in the drains.
