摘　　要：目的观察高效氯氟氰菊酯浸泡蚊帐实验室和现场试验防蚊灭蚊效果。方法实验室试验强迫接触法和现场试验。结果高效氯氟氰菊酯实验室试验3组剂量对淡色库蚊击倒率和杀灭率随着剂量的增加而升高,40 mg/m2剂量组灭蚊持效可达90 d以上;现场试验40 mg/m2剂量组在60 d内始终维持在90%以上。结论高效氯氟氰菊酯浸泡蚊帐防蚊灭蚊效果好,现场应用应以40 mg/m2剂量浸泡蚊帐为宜。Objective To observe the mosquito control effect of nets treated with lambda-cyhalothrin. Methods Forced contact method in laboratory bioassay and field test were conducted in the study. Results The bioassay displayed that the control effect could last for ninety days when the nets treated with lambda-cyhalothrin at the dosage of40 mg / m2. The field test indicated that the 90% control efficacy could last for sixty days when the nets treated with lambda-cyhalothrin at the same dosage. Conclusion Lambda-cyhalothrin treated nets can control mosquitoes well when applied at the dosage of 40 mg / m2.
