摘  要:目的观察城市社区外环境灭鼠毒饵站的有效性。方法在黄石市6个社区外环境灭鼠毒饵站内分别投放0.005%的溴敌隆稻谷毒饵、大米毒饵、蜡质颗粒毒饵,用目测法观察毒饵站的有效性。结果 6个社区毒饵站平均有效率分别为93.13%、71.96%、69.31%、77.80%、47.78%、24.58%。投放蜡质颗粒毒饵的毒饵站有效率高于稻谷毒饵站(P<0.01),稻谷毒饵站有效率高于大米毒饵站(P<0.01)。每月补投毒饵社区的毒饵站有效率高于未补投毒饵社区毒饵站有效率(P<0.01)。毒饵站有效率与毒饵站灭鼠率具有相关性(r=0.676,P<0.01)。结论城市社区外环境毒饵站有效率与投放的毒饵种类及频次相关,定期补投毒饵、投放蜡质颗粒毒饵可提高毒饵站有效率。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of the bait stations for rat control in outdoor environment of urban communities. Methods Paddy rice,rice and paraffinized pellet poison bait of 0. 005% bromadiolone were put into bait stations placed in outdoor environment of 6 communities of Huangshi,and the effectiveness of the bait stations was observed by visual method. Results The effective rates of the bait stations in 6 communities were 93. 13%,71. 96%,69. 31%,77. 80%,47. 78%,24. 58% respectively. The effective rate of paraffinized pellet poison bait stations was the highest,followed by the paddy rice poison bait stations and the rice poison bait stations. The effective rate of the bait stations supplied with supplemental poison bait every month was higher than that of the bait stations without supplement( P 0. 01). The correlation analysis revealed significant correlation between the effective rates of bait stations and the deratization rates( r = 0. 676,P 0. 01). Conclusion The effective rate of the bait stations in outdoor environment of urban communities relates to the types and supply frequency of baits.
