摘 要:目的了解主要病媒生物(蚊、蝇、蟑螂、鼠)的种类、密度及季节消长情况,为有效预防和控制病媒生物性传染病的发生和流行提供参考。方法按照《全国病媒生物监测方案(试行)》要求,开展重要病媒生物(蚊、蝇、蟑螂、鼠)监测,分别采用诱蚊灯法、笼诱法、粘捕法、夹夜法。结果 2013年南京市蚊密度为0.57只/(h·灯),主要蚊种为淡色库蚊、三带喙库蚊和中华按蚊;蝇密度为2.022只/笼,主要蝇种为家蝇、丝光绿蝇、巨尾阿丽蝇和棕尾别麻蝇;蟑螂密度为1.647只/张,主要蟑螂种类为德国小蠊、美洲大蠊和黑胸大蠊;鼠密度为0.140%,主要鼠种为褐家鼠和黄胸鼠;季节消长情况为鼠、蝇密度呈单峰型,蚊、蟑螂密度呈双峰型。结论 2013年南京市病媒生物控制在较低水平,需建立病媒生物防治体系,重视病媒生物监测体系。Objective To understand the species,density and seasonal fluctuation of the main medical vectors( mosquitoes,flies,cockroaches and rats) in Nanjing. Methods According to the"National vectors monitoring program( Trial) ",density of mosquitoes,flies,cockroaches and rats were monitored with the methods of lamp traps,cage traps,roach pastes and night trapping. Results The density of mosquitoes in Nanjing in 2013 was 0. 57 /( h · lamp),and the main species were Culex pipiens pallens,Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Anopheles sinensis. The density of flies was 2. 022 pieces per cage,and the main species were Musca domestica,Lucilia sericata,Aldrichina graham and Boettcherisca peregrine. The density of cockroaches was 1. 647 pieces per sheet,and the dominant species was Blattella germanica,followed by Periplaneta Americana and Periplaneta fuliginosa. The density of rats was 0. 140%,and the main species were Rattus norvegicus and Rattus tanezumi. The seasonal fluctuation of rats and flies exhibited a single peak,while mosquitoes and cockroaches exhibited the bimodal type. Conclusion The density of vectors in Nanjing in 2013 remains at a low level,and it is necessary to establish a comprehensive system for vectors control.
