摘　　要：目的:探讨家庭康复指导对视网膜病变术后患儿生存质量的影响。方法:将80例视网膜病变患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组实施常规性护理,观察组实施家庭康复指导。干预前后应用综合医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)中文版及国家眼科研究视功能问卷(NEI-VFQ-25)中文版对两组焦虑、抑郁情绪及生存质量进行评价,并分析两组干预前后视力及眼压改变情况。结果:观察组焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后一般健康、总体视力、眼痛、近视力、远视力、心理问题、社会功能、社会活动、依赖性、色觉、周边视野等生存质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后视力、眼压改善效果较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:家庭康复指导能有效改善视网膜病变术后患儿焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患儿生存质量及视力水平。Objective：To explore the effect of family rehabilitation guidance on the quality of life of children with retinal diseases. Methods ：80 patients with retinopathy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group {40 cases in each group）. The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the family rehabilitation guidance was additionally implemented in the observa- tion group. The anxiety, depression and quality of life of the patients were evaluated by HADS and NEI - VFQ - 25 （ Chinese version ） and the change of visual acuity and intraocular pressure of the patients was analyzed in the two groups before and after the intervention. Re- sults ：The scores of anxiety and depression of the patients were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 } ; the scores of quality of life of the patients like general health, overall vision, eye pain, near visual acuity, distant visual acuity, psy- chological problems, social function, social activities, dependence, color vision and peripheral vision were significantly higher in the obser- vation group than the control group after the intervention（ P 〈 0.05） ;the improvement of visual acuity and intraocular pressure significantly improved after the intervention in the observation group compared with the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The family rehabilitation guidance can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of patients with retinopathy and improve the quality of life and vision of the patients.
