摘　　要：在数字网络时代,理想的图书馆应该是能够在任何时间、任何地点提供咨询服务的泛在图书馆。如何在参考咨询馆员时间和精力有限的情况下,拓展图书馆实时咨询服务的时间与空间,成为图书馆亟待解决的重要问题。本文在介绍深圳图书馆应用IM咨询机器人引入背景的基础上,描述了深圳图书馆应用IM咨询机器人选型的过程;然后从知识库构建、知识库管理和工作模式三个方面介绍了深圳图书馆应用IM咨询机器人的实现;最后使用实际运作数据分析了深圳图书馆应用IM咨询机器人的实施效果与存在的问题。In digital era, libraries are expected to provide reference services at any time and any place. When work-time and energy of reference librarian is limited, how to expand the time and space of library real-time virtual reference services？ This paper proposes a feasible scheme based on DUOKEBAO IM system, by the robot to provide users with real-time virtual services to effectively share the library reference work, enhance the effectiveness of reference services.
