摘　　要：南京某大酒店地下工程大面积渗水,本文从设计、材料、施工等方面对渗水原因进行了调查分析,并据此制定了一套渗水维修方案,详细阐述了渗水维修施工中注浆止水及补强、大面积刚性防水施工、大面积柔性防水施工的工艺。Large area leakage happens with the underground work of a grand hotel in Nanjing. This article makes investigations and analyses on the causes from the aspects of design, material and construction etc., and formulates a leakage repairing solution accordingly. It elaborates on the repairing technologies such as grouting for water plugging and reinforcement, large area rigid waterproofing construction and large area flexible waterproofing construction.
