摘  要:针对在重型切削过程中,切削力和切削温度远高于普通切削,刀具失效严重制约加工效率和加工质量的问题,以重型切削的典型零件水室封头为研究对象,依据叠加原理,采用有限元方法,进行层切铣刀的优化设计及分析.首先进行切削实验,分析层切铣刀和面铣刀的切削性能;其次结合重型切削特点,从层切铣刀阶梯、刀具几何角度和不等齿距等方面,设计适合于加工水室封头的层切铣刀;然后通过有限元仿真优化主偏角和分析不等齿距对刀具固有频率的影响;最后对优化的层切铣刀进行铣削性能仿真验证.通过以上研究过程,为重型切削刀具设计及仿真分析提供参考和理论支撑.Comparing with ordinary cutting, Cutting force and cutting temperature of heavy cutting is higher and tool failure has a great impact on the machining efficiency and quality. In this paper, the research of optimiza- tion design and analysis of efficient layer cutting milling cutter is carried out on typical parts for water chamber head of heavy cutting. Firstly, the article compared and analyzed the process ability between layer cutting cutter and face milling cutter through machining experiment. Then, layer cutting cutter fitted for water chamber head is designed from milling cutter ladder, cutter geometry angle and the unequal tooth pitch and so on. Tool cutting edge angle was optimized and the impact on tooth pitch to cutter natural frequency was analyzed by the finite element simula- tion. Finally, we have an emulation about machining performance of layer cutting cutter. Above all, the research provides a reference for tool design and theoretical analysis to improve the efficiency of the processing of heads water chamber.
