摘 要:钢球检测机构核心元件展开轮的驱动面性能对钢球检测精度至关重要,针对实际使用中由于缺乏驱动面磨损预测方法,导致驱动面超期服役影响钢球检测精度的问题,以Archard模型为基础,充分考虑驱动面载荷及滑动速度的影响,通过理论推导建立驱动面磨损模型,并根据实际工况进行驱动面磨损寿命的数值仿真,仿真结果表明驱动面低转速下检测小尺寸钢球时具有更长的寿命,为驱动面磨损寿命的预测提供一种新方法.Unfolding wheel is a crucial component of steel ball detecting mechanism, whose driving surface property is important for detection accuracy. Aiming at the problem that driving surface extended service affects the steel ball precision for lack of prediction method of driving surface wear, based on Archard model, the wear model of driving surface is established through theoretical derivation with fully considering the influence of the driving load and sliding speed. The wear life numerical simulation of a driving surface is carried out according to the actual working condition. The simulation results show that on the condition of low speed and small size ball, the driving surface has a longer life expectancy, and this research provides a new method for the driving surface wear life pre- diction.
