摘 要:氟氧微晶玻璃由于具有高强度、正温度折射系数、低声子能量、易析晶等优点,在光纤放大器、上转换激光器等领域有广阔的应用前景,日益成为人们的研究热点.从氟氧微晶玻璃的分类、稀土元素掺杂类型,及应用等方面出发,简述了氟氧微晶玻璃的研究进展,并对其存在的问题和未来发展趋势进行了探讨.Recently, oxyfluoride glass ceramics has become a research focus among researchers, due to its broad application prospects, such as, optical fiber amplifier, up-conversion lasers and other fields, this is owe to its excellent performance of high strength, positive temperature refractive index, low phonon energy and good crys- tallizing character. The advanced research of oxyfluoride glass ceramics are described in this paper by describing the classification, doped type of rare-earth and application of this materials. Besides, the future development trend and problems to be solved in this field are also discussed.
