摘  要:Ti-Al-Sn-Zr-Mo-Si系高温钛合金以其低密度、高强度、高刚度和优异的抗氧化性等特点,在航空航天领域具有广泛的应用前景.采用水冷铜坩埚真空感应熔炼炉(ISM)制备了Ti-Al-SnZr-Mo-Si系高温钛合金铸锭,并采用高温锻造工艺研制出了高温钛合金锻坯.显微组织分析结果表明,锻态高温钛合金为近α型钛合金,显微组织为网篮组织.拉伸力学性能测试结果表明:从室温到700℃,锻态Ti-Al-Sn-Zr-Mo-Si系高温钛合金均展现出优异的力学性能.在700℃的条件下,其抗拉强度仍然可以达到近550MPa,延伸率达到15%.Ti-AI-Sn-Zr-Mo-Nb-W-Si series high temperature titanium alloy have continued to attract so much attention from aerospace applications because of its low density, high strength, high stiffness and good oxidation re- sistance. In this paper, the ingot of Ti-A1-Sn-Zr-Mo-Nb-W-Si series high temperature titanium alloy was prepared by induction skull melting(ISM) in a water cooler copper crucible. The pancake was obtained by hot forging. Mi- crostructures and mechanical properties of the as-forged alloy were also systemically discussed. The results showed that the as-forged alloy is near-α alloy with a basketweave microstructure. From room temperature to 700℃, the as- forged alloy showed excellent mechanical properties. The tensile strength and elongation of the as-forged alloy still can reach nearly 550MPa and 15% at 700℃, respectively.
