摘  要:电机绝缘材料温升直接影响其运行的安全性和寿命.基于一种较大容量的空冷凸极同步电动机,采用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法,建立了三维湍流流场及转子温度场计算模型,对电动机转子磁极上铜与绝缘组成的绕组主体的间隔层叠结构进行简化,研究了转子磁极上铜绕组主体的间隔层叠结构等效热导率的计算方法以及端部肋片间周期性边界对凸极同步电动机温度场结果的影响,并与实验结果比较,验证了数值模拟结果的准确性.结果表明:凸极电动机转子磁极的等效热导率算法及端部肋片间边界设置直接影响温度场计算结果准确性.The temperature rise of the insulating material directly affects the safety and longevity of motor run- ning. Based on a high-capacity air cooling salient pole synchronous motor, the calculation model of three-dimen- tor was simplified. The calculation method of equivalent thermal conductivity for simplifying interval cascade struc- ture and the influence of the setting of periodic boundary between end fins on the calculation results of temperature field of the rotor of salient pole of synchronous motor were studied. Then, the results were compared with the experi- mental results which can verify the accuracy of numerical simulation. The results show that the calculation method of equivalent thermal conductivity and the setting of periodic boundary between end fins can directly affect the accura- cy of calculation results of temperature field.
