中药新药活心软胶囊制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:优化中药新药活心软胶囊的处方、胶液配比及制备工艺。方法:采用单因素平行试验对软胶囊的辅料(稀释剂、润湿剂、助悬剂)进行筛选,通过正交试验对囊壳胶液的配比进行优化。结果:胶囊剂内容物的最佳处方为浸膏粉:大豆油∶蜂蜡∶大豆磷脂=1∶1∶0.08∶0.04;囊壳胶液的配比为明胶∶甘油∶水=2∶1∶2。结论:采用优选辅料和工艺制备的活心软胶囊质量稳定,符合胶囊剂的要求,适用于工业化生产。Objective：To optimize the content prescription,glue ratio parameters and preparation technology of huoxin soft capsule.Methods：Single factor parallel experiments were designed to select proportion of the contents（diluent,wetting agent,suspending agent）.Orthogonal test was applied to screen the best composition of soft capsule gel.Results：The optimal weight ratio of the contents was as follows：extracts powder∶soybean oil∶beeswax∶Soy lecithin=1∶1∶0.08∶0.04.The best proportion of capsule gel was：gelatin∶glycerol∶water=2∶1∶2.Conclusion：The Preparation technology for huoxin Soft Capsule is rational and the quality is controllable.It is suitable for industrial production.
