盐酸艾司洛尔注射液在冠状动脉CTA检查中的临床应用价值的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸艾司洛尔注射液在冠状动脉CT血管造影术(CTA)检查中的临床应用价值。方法对临床拟诊为冠心病,心率大于70次/min且小于100次/min的100例患者,分为对照组(舌下含服酒石酸美托洛尔)和研究组(静脉推注盐酸艾司洛尔注射液),每组50例,采用64排螺旋CT进行冠状动脉CTA检查,统计检查耗时及控制心率,由两名有经验的放射科医师盲法评判他们的扫描图像。结果研究组与对照组的图像质量优良率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.461);研究组平均耗时(5.392±0.740)min明显短于对照组(6.051±1.019)min,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。结论冠状动脉CTA检查前使用盐酸艾司洛尔注射液可快速、安全、有效地降低心率,有利于患者更好、更快地完成检查,提高冠状动脉CTA图像质量。Objective To investigate the clinical value of esmolol hydrochloride injection applied in coronary artery CTA ex- amination. Methods According to different administer methods before examination, 100 patients suspected coronary disease with heart rate between 70 and 100 enrolled in this study were randomly divided into two groups：patients in the control group taking be- taloc tablets sublingually and patients in the research group receiving esmolol hydrochloride vein injection. Each group had 50 cases. All patients underwent coronary artery CTA examinations using 64-slice spiral CT. then the statistics controlled heart rate and ex- amination time, the scan images were evaluated by two experienced radiologists. Results There was no statistically significant difference about image quality and controled heart rate between the control group and the research group （P= 0. 461）, but the aver- age examination time of the research group was significantly shorter than that of the control group[（5. 392 ± 0. 740） min vs. （6. 051±1. 019） rain,P=0. 012]. Conclusion Applying esmolol hydrochloride injection before coronary artery CTA examination could slow down heart rate rapidly,safely and effectively; and it was also helpful for patients to complete examination quickly and obtaining high quality CTA images.
