摘  要:馆员是图书馆工作的灵魂,其知识水平与业务素质的高低,直接影响着图书馆事业的发展。2015年,"互联网+"被写入政府工作报告,作为传统"互联网"的升级,预示着对图书馆馆员的素质及专业技能将提出更高的要求。当前,我国图书馆馆员的培训与发展与国外相比严重滞后。图书馆应制定与岗位相关的知识更新制度、分级别举办研修活动、开展自我导向性学习方法指导、创建聚集各类型培训资源的馆员专属网站并加入常用实时交流平台加以促进。Librarian is the soul of the library work, and the knowledge level and business quality directly impact on the development of the library cause. In 2015, "Internet + " is written in the government work report, as the upgrading of the traditional "Internet", indicating that higher requirements of the quality and professional skill are put forward for the librarian. At present, compared with the foreign country, the Chinese librarian training and development are seriously lagging behind. The library should formulate the knowledge renewal system related to the job, organize sub level training activities, carry out the guidance of the self directed learning method, create the librarian exclusive website clustering various types of tranning resources, and join the commonly used real-time communication platform to be facilitated.
