浅议准新善本的整理与保护

摘　　要：文章在善本、新善本概念基础上,通过对善本原本意义的分析,通过建议延后时间、扩充内容提出了准新善本概念并加以说明。对准新善本整理、收集强调要遵循五个价值标准和三个基本方向,对准新善本的保护修复和再生利用强调要纳入古籍保护范围、改善藏书库房环境、适度的开放、深入研究出版。文章认为准新善本的保护与研究,对于抢救、保护、利用珍稀文献作用巨大,是为未来的文献和善本提供了必要的预备清单。This paper,on the basis of the concept of rare books and new rare books,comes up with the concept of quasinew rare books and gives the definition, by analyzing the original concept of rare books and suggesting delaying and expanding the contents. Five value standards and three principles are stressed in the process of managing and collecting the quasi-new rare books. In terms of protection,maintenance and reuse of the quasi-new rare books,taking them as ancient books,improving the environment of stack rooms,properly opening up stack rooms and publishing the research on the quasi-new rare books should be emphasized. The paper proposes that the protection and the study of quasi-new rare books are for the benefit of rescue,protection and exploitation of endangered valuable literatures. Protecting and exploiting the quasi-new rare books provide well-prepared lists for future literatures and rare books.
