摘  要:目的:探讨脾气虚证和脾阳虚证大鼠胃组织的改变与c AMP-PKA信号通路的相关性。方法:将24只雄性SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为正常组、脾气虚组、脾阳虚组,脾气虚采用饱食1 d、禁食2 d、游泳15 d,脾阳虚采用脾气虚证加灌服番泻叶造模,造模后检测大鼠胃组织c AMP活性及PKA、CREB mRNA和蛋白的表达。结果:脾气虚组和脾阳虚组胃组织c AMP活性及PKA、CREB mRNA和蛋白表达均减弱。结论:脾气虚证和脾阳虚证大鼠胃组织的改变与c AMP-PKA信号传导通路有一定的相关性。Objective: To discuss the changes and relative protein of c AMP-PKA signaling pathway in the gastric tissue in spleen deficiency rats. Methods: 24 male SD SPF rats were randomly assigned into three groups,and control group,spleen Qi deficiency group and spleen Yang deficiency group. The modeling method of spleen Qi deficiency rats was repletion 1 day,fasting 2 days,then swimming for 15 days. The modeling method of spleen Yang deficiency rats was the same as the spleen Qi deficiency rats,and gavaging the water of Folium sennae in addition. Then tested the c AMP activity and PKA、CREB mRNA and protein expression of the gastric tissue. Results: The gastric tissue c AMP activity and PKA、CREB mRNA and protein expression of both spleen Qi deficiency rats and spleen Yang deficiency rats were decreased,and the spleen Yang deficiency rats were more obvious. Conclusion: There is relevance between the process of building spleen Qi deficiency and spleen Yang deficiency rats modeling and the c AMP-PKA signaling pathway in the gastric tissue.
