摘　　要：以贺兰山煤田石炭井二矿矿近距离突出煤层群为研究对象,提出了近距离突出煤层群上保护层开采与穿层钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯相结合的区域联合防突技术。通过现场应用,对瓦斯预抽效果及防突措施实施效果进行了分析。结果表明该项技术措施的实施能够有效降低突出煤层群的瓦斯含量,减小了突出煤层群的突出危险性,为突出煤层群的安全回采提供了技术保障。Taking outburst coal seams of a coal mine for example, a regional outburst prevention measure combining upper protective layer mining and gas pre-extraction through borehole cross the coal seam measure was proposed. Through implementation, the implementation effect was analyzed. Results indicate that, those measures can effectively reduce the gas content of coal seams and can decrease the outburst danger of the outburst coal seams. Therefore, the implementation of this technology measures provides technical support for safe-mining of the outburst coal seams.
