摘　　要：以科技情报机构查新系统为研究对象,排队论为理论基础,构建科技查新系统服务模型并进行实例计算,研究结果发现,增加4名查新员可以有效降低用户时间损失,提高科技查新工作效率。Taking the science and technology intelligence searching system as the research object, based on queuing theory, a science and technology novelty retrieval system service model is established and practical calculation is carried out. The results showed that increasing four novelty retrievers can effectively reduce the user＇ time loss, and enhance the working efficiency of the science and technology novelty retrieval.
