摘　　要：基于母型法在针织服装结构设计中的广泛应用,针对Graph6和恒强等无缝内衣工艺设计软件以线圈为结构单元的特点,建立了一套以母型法为基础的,可以直接在工艺设计软件中应用的以线圈个数为计量单位的无缝内衣工艺样板设计方法。并通过样衣试织,进一步验证了该方法的可行性。该方法计算简单,作为母型还可根据款式变化进行局部调整,适合各种工业生产和量身定做,对无缝内衣工艺样板的制定和提高无缝内衣产品设计水平与生产效率,具有指导意义。Based on the widely technological design software for used mother type method of knitting clothing structure design, and the seamless underwear such as Graph6 and Hengqiang characterized by the unit of loops, a design method of technological pattern for seamless underwear has been set up. And by sample knitting, the feasibility of this method has been proved. This method can be directly applied in the technological design software for seamless underwear in common use. It is simple in calculation, and as a parent form also can be adjusted according to the style changes, and is suitable for all kinds of industrial production and tailor-made products. It is significant in guiding the drafting of the technological pattern, and improving design level and production efficiency for seamless underwear.
