摘　　要：近年来儿童注意缺陷-多动障碍发病率呈上升趋势,已成为困扰家庭和学校的一大社会问题。本文主要介绍胡天成教授对儿童注意缺陷-多动障碍病因病机的认识,辨证论治的经验,并举验案一例,以供参考。In recent years,the incidence of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder（ADHD）in children has been rising,to the point that ADHD has become an important social issue,affecting families and schools alike.This article introduces Professor HU Tiancheng＇s understanding of the causes and the pathomechanisms of ADHD,and his experience in treating this disorder on the basis of pattern identification.A clinical case is included for reference.
