凉营清气汤加减联合西药干预治疗猩红热临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察凉营清气汤加减联合西药常规治疗猩红热的临床疗效。方法:选取猩红热辨证为毒在气营证患儿44例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。每组各22例,对照组用西药治疗,治疗组在上药基础上加口服中药凉营清气汤加减治疗。疗程均为10天。比较两组治疗效果。结果:总有效率治疗组95.4%,对照组为85.2%。两组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:凉营清气汤加减联合西药干预治疗猩红热疗效显著。Objective：To Observe the clinical curative effect of using Liangying Qingqi Decoction Addition and Subtraction combined with western medicine to treat scarlet fever.Methods：Selecting 44 cases of scarlet fever children which were poison in Qi and Ying syndrome,were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group.22 cases in each group,the controlled group was treated with western medicine,the treatment group was treated with Liangying Qingqi Decoction Addition and Subtraction on the basis of the controlled group.The treating course was 10 days.Comparing the therapeutic effect of the two group.Results：The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.4%,the controlled group was 85.2%.The difference of the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：It has remarkable efficacy of using Liangying Qingqi Decoction Addition and Subtraction combined with western medicine to treat scarlet fever.
