中医整体护理对肛肠手术患者情绪术后疼痛及护理配合度的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察中医整体护理对肛肠手术患者情绪、术后疼痛及护理配合度的影响。方法：以我院2013年3月-2014年5月收治的80例肛肠手术患者为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者在对照组基础上行中医整体护理,比较两组患者术后疼痛程度、护理配合度、干预前后情绪变化等情况。结果：实验组患者总依从率、并发症发生率分别为95.00%、10.00%,与对照组的75.00%、27.50%比较差异显著（P〈0.05）。同时实验组干预后疼痛程度缓解明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。另外,两组干预后SAS评分[（20.47±6.18）分VS（35.64±8.43）分]、排便时间[（32.01±6.05）小时VS（66.50±11.20）小时]、下床活动时间[（8.21±2.10）小时VS（15.68±4.32）小时]及住院时间[（4.00±1.00）小时VS（5.03±1.12）小时]比较差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论：中医整体护理能有效缓解患者焦虑症状,提高患者护理配合度,减轻术后疼痛,降低并发症,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine holistic nursing on degree of emotional,pain after operation and nursing cooperation of patients with anorectal surgery.Methods：80cases of anorectal operation patients treated in our hospital from March 2013 to May 2014 as study objects,were randomly divided into two groups,the controlled group patients were given conventional nursing care,the experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine holistic nursing on the basis of the controlled group,compared patients between the two groups after the degree of pain,nursing degree,before and after the intervention of emotional changes etc..Results：The total compliance rate and the complication rate of the experimental group respectively were 95% and 10%,were significantly different compared with the controlled group,which were 75% and27.50%（P〈0.05）.At the same time,the experimental group after the intervention degree of pain relief was significantly better than the controlled group（P〈0.05）.In addition,SAS score of the two group was（20.47±6.18）VS（35.64±8.43）points,defecation time was（32.01±6.05）hours VS（66.50±11.20）hours,ambulation time was（8.21±2.10）hours VS（15.68±4.32）hours and hospitalization time was（4.00±1.00）hours VS（5.03±1.12）hours,the differences were significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：TCM holistic nursing can effectively relieve the anxiety symptoms of patients,improve patient nursing degree,reduce postoperative pain,reduce complication,is worthy of clinical promotion.
