肿瘤社团在癌症防控中的作用

摘　　要：社会组织作为社会治理的重要主体和依托,参与社会治理和公共服务。肿瘤社团承担政府的职能,肩负着肿瘤防治工作的重任,特别是在强化政府对肿瘤防控的领导作用,发展和优化肿瘤专业队伍,降低癌症发病率、死亡率,提升公众的健康水平方面发挥了重要作用。中国抗癌协会作为肿瘤社团在学术交流、科普宣传、人才培养、社会服务、能力提升等癌症防控方面发挥积极的作用。As the main body and dependence of social governance,non-governmental organizations（NGOs） take part in social governance and public service. Cancer NGOs gradually take over the function of government in the field of cancer prevention and treatment. They particularly play an important role in intensifying the leading role of government on cancer control,developing and optimizing cancer professionals,decreasing cancer incidence and mortality rates,and improving the health level of the public. Taking Chinese Anti-Cancer Association（CACA） for instance,this article probes into the positive role cancer NGOs play in China ’s cancer control on aspects of academic exchange,advocacy campaign,training and education,social service,and capacity building.
