摘  要:为实行最严格的水资源管理制度和为保护保山市东河水环境打下基础,采用流域内北庙和柯街水文站的水文水质监测资料,运用水质分析模型分析了东河目前的水环境容量与水污染现状,并与区内水功能区的水质目标进行了比较。分析结果表明,东河目前水质未达到水功能区的水质控制目标,主要污染物是氨氮和总磷。根据分析结果,提出了保山市东河的水污染控制措施,以期对保山市水污染控制提供支持。In order to lay a foundation for implementing the stringent management system of water resources and protect the water environment of Donghe River in Baoshan City, Yunnan Province, by using the hydrological monitoring data at Beimiao and Kejie hydrological stations in the basin and the water quality analysis model, the water environment capacity and water pollution state quo of Donghe river are analyzed and compared with the water quality control goals of water function zones. The analysis resuits show that the water quality of Donghe River at present does not meet the water control goals of the water function zones, and NH3 - N and TP are main pollutants. Based on analysis results, the suggestions on water pollution control measures are put forward to provide reference for water pollution control of Baoshan City.
