摘 要:采用最小二乘法,利用河北省乐亭1993--2012年及周边北京和天津1958--2012年的地面太阳总辐射及日照百分率资料,确定出线性回归的经验系数,并由此推导出河北省太阳总辐射的气候学计算公式。结果表明:河北省太阳总辐射呈下降趋势;总辐射年内变化总体与天文辐射一致,但又存在差异,在5月份最高,12月份最低,这主要与河北省的地理位置和气象条件有关;年总辐射在5092~5558MJ/m2之间,东部少,西部多,南北地区差异不明显。Based on the observation data regarding total radiation and percentage of sunshine duration from the Leting station in Hehei during the period of 1993-2012 ,by means of the data from Beijing and Tanjing stations in 1958-2012,the empirical coefficients for these stations are calculated with the least square method and the monthly total solar radiation for all parts of the province is also calculated. The results show that the total solar radiation has decreased in the past years. The monthly variation of global solar radiation is basically similar to the extra-terrestrial radiation with maximum in May and minimum in December although there are some differences that are caused by geographic location and meteorology conditions in Hebei province. The annual total solar radiation in the province ranged from 5 092 MJ/m2 to 5 558 MJ/m2. The east areas are high while the west are low. The difference is insignificant between the north and south.
