摘  要:区域自动气象站采集的气象数据通过GPRS无线网络进行传输,很大程度上依赖于移动基站GPRS信号。由于受信号干扰、雷击、山洪灾害等因素的影响常会导致移动基站故障,造成区域自动气象站不能正常传输数据。为了及时获取气象资料,做好气象服务,采取了人工现场读取区域自动气象站存储数据的方法与技巧。文中将华云气象科技集团公司和江苏无锡无线电科学研究所生产的两种区域自动站采集器的数据读取命令进行了区分,详细说明了采集器存储编码格式的含义,分别介绍了两种采集器内存储编码的解读方法和计算技巧。The transmission of meteorological data collected by AWS(automatic meteorological station) is based on GPRS wireless network and GRPS signal of mobile station. To a great extent, it more depends on GRPS signal. However, the AWS can not transfer data regularly sometimes because of mobile station malfunctions which are attributed to some inevitable factors such as signal interference, thunder-strike and mountain flood. In order to obtain meteorological data and do a good job on weather service,it is unavoidable to manually read and transfer data. This paper distinguishes two types of reading command for auto-collector manufactured by Huayun Meteorological Science and Technology Group Co. , LTD and Wuxi Radio Science Institute of Jiangsu. The meaning of collector encoding format is described in detail. Two kinds of interpretation methods and calculating skills about the encoding format of auto-collector are introduced respectively.
