摘　　要：从实验学时、研究性教学所占比重与主题设置形式,科研进展PPT汇报开展及教师角色转变等方面,对研究性学习在基因工程课程应用中存在的问题进行了探讨,并给出了相应的解决措施,为提高基因工程课程教学质量提出了新的思路和实践方法.The problems in application of research study on the course of gene engineering were discussed, including limited experimental hours, the proportion of research study, the topic design form of research study, PPT reports on development of scientific research and teachers＇ role change. The corresponding solutions were proposed. And some new ideas and new practical methods were also proposed in order to improve teaching quality of gene engineering course.
