绵萆薢的化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：绵萆薢Dioscoreae spongiosae作为一种常用中药,其含有甾体、二芳基庚烷、木脂素类、有机酸及酯等多种化学成分,临床上主要治疗慢性前列腺炎、乳糜尿、风湿及类风湿性关节炎、骨关节炎及骨质疏松等症状。药理研究表明绵萆薢及其有效成分具有抗肿瘤、抗骨质疏松、抗真菌、抗心肌缺血、降尿酸、调血脂、预防动脉粥样硬化等作用。为进一步进行开发与利用该植物资源,为新药开发提供先导化合物,对绵萆薢的化学成分及药理作用研究进展进行综述。As one of the most important traditional Chinese medicines, Dioscoreae Spongiosae Rhizoma is mainly used for treating chronic prostatitis, chyluria, rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, and etc. It is with complex chemical compositions, containing sterides, diaryhlheptanoids, lignans, organic acids, and esters, which have many kinds of effects including antitumor, antiosteoporosis, antimicrobial, antimyocardial ischemia, reducing uric acid, braidingblood fat, prophylaxis atherosclerosis, and etc. To provide exploitation and utilization of the resources for the further research, and find lead compounds for its development, we will review the the study progressof its chemical constituents and pharmacology effects in this paper.
