腹腔镜下保留输卵管手术在基层医院的广泛应用

摘　　要：目的探究腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠在基层医院的临床价值。方法 50例输卵管妊娠患者采用随机对照原则分为手术组(24例)和对照组(26例)。手术组采用腹腔镜下手术治疗,对照组采用传统常规开腹手术治疗。观察两组患者手术时间、住院时间、术中平均出血量、术后并发症等相关指标。结果与对照组相比,手术组住院时间、术中平均出血量、术后切口感染率等指标数据均较小,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗的手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜下手术对患者的创伤较小、术后并发症发生率低,易于恢复,在基层医院容易开展,是异位妊娠患者保守性手术治疗较好的选择。Objective To investigate clinical value of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of tubal pregnancy in primary hospital. Methods A total of 50 tubal pregnancy patients were randomly divided into operation group （24 eases） and control group （26 eases）. The operation group received laparoscopic operation, and the control group received traditional laparotomy. Realted indexes of operation time, hospital stay, average intraoperative bleeding volume, and postoperative complications were observed in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the operation group had all lower indexes of hospital, average intraoperative bleeding volume, and postoperative incision infection than the control group. Their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. There was no statistical significance in the difference of operation time between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic operation provides small invasion, low incidence of postoperative, complications, and easy rehabilitation for patients. It is feasible in primary hospital, and it is a good choice for conservative operation in treating ectopic gestation patients.
