摘 要:采用脉冲式直流钨极氩弧焊(GTAW)对2205双相不锈钢进行焊接,然后分别在600,700,800℃进行时效热处理,研究了时效温度对焊接接头显微组织和室温冲击性能的影响。结果表明:时效后,在母材区的铁素体基体边界上以及焊缝金属中的铁素体基体上均析出了σ相,而且焊缝金属中σ相的尺寸比母材区的更大;随着时效温度升高,焊接接头的冲击功降低,接头的脆化程度增大,冲击断口表现为解理断裂;冲击功的降低与焊接接头中析出的σ相有关。2205duplex stainless steel was welded by pulsed DC inverter gas tungsten arc welding(GTAW),and then aging heat treatment at 600 ℃,700 ℃ and 800 ℃ was carried out.The effects of aging temperature on microstructure and impact toughness at room temperature of the welded joint were studied respectively.Results show that sigma phase precipitated at the boundaries of ferrite substrate in base metal zone and at the ferrite substrate in weld metal,and the size of sigma phase in weld metal zone was larger than that in base metal.With the increase of aging temperature,the impact energy reduced,the embrittlement degree of the welded joint increased,and the impact fracture exhibited cleavage fracture.The decrease of impact energy attributed to the sigma phase precipitation.
