摘　　要：日本泡沫经济的崩溃对证券市场产生了很大冲击 ,促使日本政府采取了一系列的改革措施。本文着重阐述了日本证券市场发展特点及变化因素分析 ;提出了中国证券市场现状中存在的问题并进行了分析 ,同时总结了几点启示。The breakdown of Japan's bulb economy has roused great influence on the security market and made Japanese government take a series of reform measures. This article mainly expounds Japanese security market's development features and the changing factors, and then points out and analyzes the problems existing in China's security market, and at last sums up some revelations.
