行为干预治疗在小儿遗尿症中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨行为干预治疗小儿原发性夜间遗尿症的临床价值。方法:对78例原发性夜间遗尿症患儿随机分为治疗组(39例)和对照组(39例)。治疗组给予行为干预治疗,对照组不采用任何行为干预。两组治疗时间均为3个月,治疗结束时和结束后随访观察3个月,记录两组患儿的疗效。结果:疗程结束时和随访3个月治疗组的有效率显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论:行为干预治疗小儿原发性夜间遗尿症安全有效,无痛苦,患儿易于接受。Objective To explore the clinic value of behavioral intervention therapy in children with enuresis. Method 78 children with primary nocturnal enuresis were randomly divided into treatment group （39 cases） and control group （39 cases）. The treatment group under- went behavional intervention therapy, and the control group did not received any behavioral intervention. The treatment period was three months for both groups. The efficacy of two groups was assessed after the end of treatment and three months follow - up observation, respective- ly. Results The treatment group had a significantly higher efficiency, compared with the control group ＇after the end of treatment and three months follow- up observation, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Behavioral intervention therapy is safe and effective tor children with primary nocturnal enuresis ,without pain and easily accepted.
