摘 要:采用SEM、FTIR检测手段研究石墨毡于550℃在空气中氧化后纤维表面形貌以及官能团含量的变化。结果表明:550℃氧化处理5 h的石墨毡,比表面积显著增大,表面的-COOH和-OH官能团数目增多。处理后的石墨毡组装成电池后,于60 m A/cm2充放电电流密度下进行充放电测试,电池的性能明显提高,平均电流效率达到94.60%,平均电压效率达到85.36%,平均能量效率达到80.75%,多次充放电测试表明,循环性能稳定;I-V测试表明,电池的充放电内阻明显降低。The graphite felt heat-treated at 550 ℃in the air were investigated by FTIR. And the surface morphology of the graphite felt was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). It tums out that the surface area and the content of the COOH and OH functional groups of the graphite felt that heat-treated at 550℃ in the air for 5 h increases significantly. The Fe/Cr redox flow battery with heat-treated graphite felt electrode exhibits excellent performance at current density of 60 mNcm^2. The average current efficiency reaches 94.60%, the average voltage efficiency reaches 85.36%, and the average energy efficiency reaches 80.75%. I-V test shows that the battery charge and discharge of the internal resistance is decreased obviously, and the battery performance is stable.
