摘　　要：对农副产品深加工设备—粉皮机进行了分析,提出了粉皮机的设计方案。并确定了粉皮机的总体设计,对其关键部件进行了选型计算和设计。该粉皮机使用效果表明,它减轻了操作者的劳动强度,并提高了生产效率。This paper researches on the vermicelli machine, equipment for agricultural and sideline products processing with the proposal and determination of its overall design, selection calculation and design of the key parts. The application effect shows that the vermicelli machine can reduces the labor intensity of farmers and improve productive efficiency.
