摘  要:研究了控轧控冷工艺条件下低碳贝氏体钢轧制工艺与显微组织和力学性能的关系,比较了不同终轧温度和冷却方式对低碳贝氏体钢组织性能的影响。结果表明:试验钢的组织为具有较好强韧性的下贝氏体,且随着终轧温度的降低,晶粒变形比较严重;试验钢在终轧温度750℃时、水冷+空冷处理后得到较好的强韧性匹配。The relationships between rolling process and microstructures and mechanical properties of low carbon bainitic steel were studied under controlled rolling and controlled cooling process conditions. The influences of several finishing rolling temperatures and cooling methods on microstructures and properties of low carbon bainitic steel were compared. The results indicate that the microstructure of tested steels is lower bainite, which has better strength and toughness match. And with the decreasing of final rolling temperature, the grain deformation is more serious. Tested steels achieve better matching of strength and toughness at the final rolling temperature 750℃ and water cooling+ air-cooling treatment.
