摘  要:针对镁合金消失模铸造特点,选择云母粉、硅藻土、滑石粉作消失模涂料的耐火骨料,CMC及凹凸捧土作悬浮剂,硅溶胶及膨润土作复合粘结剂,水作载液,并添加阻燃剂,确定耐火骨料的颗粒级配。通过正交试验,选出涂料的最佳配方。通过性能测试与浇注试验,与外购消失模涂料对比,表明研制的涂料能有效避免浇注过程中镁合金燃烧,有利于镁合金消失模充型,避免浇不足、冷隔等缺陷,具有很大的应用价值。Considering the characteristic of magnesium alloys lost foam casting, choosing mica powder, diatomite, talcum powder as refractory aggregate of EPC coating, CMC and attapulgite as suspending agent, silica sol and adhesive as binder,water as carrier liquid, and adding a flame retardant, the particle size distribution of refractory aggregate was determined. By orthogonal test, the best formulation for coating was selected. Through the test and performance test of casting, compared with imported coating, the developed EPC coating can effectively avoid the magnesium alloy casting combustion, in favor of magnesium alloy lost foam filling, avoiding misrun and cold septal defects, which has great application value.
