摘  要:用实验研究了交变磁场对使用薄板坯工艺生产的冷轧基板在轧后冷却过程中的晶粒尺寸及位错密度的影响。结果表明:交变磁场可以有效地促进晶粒长大,增加位错运动能力,降低位错密度;同时由于位错密度的降低以及晶粒尺寸的变大,力学性能降低,有利于冷轧生产。The effects of alternating magnetic field on the grain size and density of dislocation of cold rolled sheet produced by using thin slab in the cooling process after rolling were studied by experiment. The results show that the alternating magnetic field can effectively promote the grain growth, increase dislocation motion ability, and reduce the dislocation density. Meanwhile, the mechanical properties decrease because of the decreasing of the dislocation density and increasing of the grain size, which is conducive to the production of cold rolling.
