摘 要:采用熔炼和甩带法制备Ni89P11箔带,作为碳钢/不锈钢钎料进行钎焊,随后对钎焊样进行多道次冷轧和退火处理,最后通过拉伸试验测试轧制前后碳钢/不锈钢钎焊结合强度。结果表明,冷轧加退火处理工艺能显著提高钎焊结合强度,轧制3次后的结合强度由未轧制时的78 MPa提高到204 MPa,并能明显地促进钎焊层中的P元素扩散、减少冶金结合的缺陷。Ni89P11foil was prepared by using smelting and stripping method. It was brazed as brazing filler metal of the carbon steel and stainless steel. Then, the cold rolling and annealing treatment of the brazing sample were carried out. Finally,brazing bonding strengths of the carbon steel and stainless steel were tested by tension test before and after rolling. The results show that the cold-rolling and annealing process can remarkably improve the brazing bonding strength. The bonding strength after three rolling increases from 78 MPa to 204 MPa, and can remarkably promote the diffusion of P in the solder layer, and reduce metallurgical bonding defects.
