摘 要:通过数值模拟及试验研究了不同预热温度对ZG29Mn Mo Ni基体过热区热循环及组织的影响。结果表明,随着预热温度的上升,过热区峰值温度升高,冷却速度减缓,高温停留时间延长;显微组织分析显示,随预热温度升高,过热区组织淬硬倾向逐渐减弱,组织呈现马氏体→贝氏体→珠光体的变化趋势;预热温度≥400℃时,热影响区组织主要为珠光体+铁素体,淬硬组织完全消失,能有效防止产生焊接冷裂纹。The effects of preheating temperature on thermal cycle and microstructure of ZG29MnMoNi substrate overheated zone were researched by numerical simulation and experiment. The results show that as the preheating temperature rising, the peak temperature of overheated zone increases, the cooling speed slows down, and holding time expands. The microstructure analysis show that with the increase of preheating temperature, the overheated zone hardening tendency is gradually weakened, and the microstructure presents the change trend of martensite to bainite to pearlite; as preheating temperature is 400℃ or higher, the microstructure of heat affected zone mainly consists of ferrite and pearlite, then,the microstructure of hardening disappears completely, which can effectively prevent the welding cold crack.
