摘 要:根据动态材料模型和Prasad失稳准则,利用Gleeble-1500型动态热/力模拟试验机对高效综合熔体处理的3003铝合金进行了等温热压缩试验,分别建立了功率耗散图、热加工失稳图和热变形加工图,探讨了在热压缩变形过程中该铝合金的变形规律。结果表明:3003铝合金的最佳加工区域出现在中高温、中高应变速率的热变形条件下,最大功率耗散率为55.64%;在变形温度573-648K、应变速率0.4-10s^-1的区域,以及变形温度698-773K、应变速率0.01-0.1s^-1的区域会出现加工失稳现象,热变形加工时应尽量避免此区域。According to the dynamic material modeling and the Prasad instability criterion,isothermal compress tests were carried out on a Gleeble-1500 dynamic thermal-mechanical machine for 3003 aluminum alloy after high efficient comprehensive melt treatment.The power dissipation chart,hot processing instability chart and hot deformation processing map of the alloy were established;the deformation regulations of the aluminum alloy during hot compressive deformation were investigated.The results show that the best processing region appeared in the conditions of medium or high deformation temperature and strain rate for 3003 aluminum alloy,in which the efficiency of power dissipation value was 55.64%.However,instable processing regions appeared at deformation temperature of 573-648 Kand strain rate of 0.4-10s^-1 or deformation temperature of 698-773 Kand strain rate of 0.01-0.1s^-1,which should be avoided during thermal deformation processing.
