人鼻蝇蛆病1例

摘　　要：患者,女,35岁,10d前突发干咳,后出现鼻腔异物感,伴鼻痒、鼻塞、打喷嚏、流清涕,偶有流泪,在当地医院按＂感冒＂给予治疗,效果不佳。3d后自双侧鼻腔先后擤出4条大小约1.0cm×0.3cm的蛆样虫体,遂于2014年9月4日来我院就诊。鼻内镜检查（图1）示：双侧鼻腔黏膜水肿,右侧中鼻甲前端内侧面见大小约1.5mm×0.5mm的乳白色半透明蠕动小虫（黑圏标记内）,Human myiasis is caused by the parasitic maggots of flies.We report a case of nasal myiasis in a37-year-old woman in Henan.The patient presented with nasal foreign-body sensation,nansal itching sneezing,snuffle and such allergic symptoms in nasal cavity.Based on maggots that were bowed from the right nasal cavity,a detailed endoscopic examination,sinus CT scan and identification of the maggot′s species done by parapsychologists of the parasitology teaching and reseach section of the Zhengzhou University School of Medicine,the diagnosis of human nasal infestation by oestrus ovis was definited.
