基于中医传承辅助系统的《秘传眼科龙木论》中外障眼病方剂组方用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的基于中医传承辅助系统软件,分析《秘传眼科龙木论》中收载的外障眼病方剂的组方规律。方法收集并筛选《秘传眼科龙木论》中主治外障眼病的方剂,逐一录入中医传承辅助系统(V2.0),采用软件集成的熵聚类、无监督层次聚类等数据挖掘方法,对筛选出治疗外障眼病的处方进行组方用药规律分析。结果筛选出《秘传眼科龙木论》中主治外障眼病的方剂共114首,包含中药117味,使用频次在10以上的药物共有22味,主要以清热泻火及辛温发散药物为主;使用频次≥20的药对组合8对;基于复杂系统熵聚类的药物核心组合12个;基于熵层次聚类的新处方6个。引经药出现的频次较多,居于前位,在高频次药对组合及核心组合中也较为常见。结论《秘传眼科龙木论》中收载的外障眼病方剂侧重于使用以清热泻火,通腑泻热及辛温发散药物,并重视引经药物的使用。OBJECTIVE To analyze Composition Principles of Prescriptions for Waizhang Eye Diseases by Traditional Chinese Medicion Inheritance Support System （TCMISS）. METHODS The Waizhang Eye DiseasesPre-scriptions in Michuan Yanke Longmu Lun were collected and recorded into the TCMISS （V2.0）to build the date-base,the composition principles of prescriptions were analyzed by revised mutual information, complex system en-tropy clustering and unsupervised hierarchical clustering methods in the TCMISS. RESULTS There were 114 pre-scriptions for Waizhang Eye Diseases including 117 herb in Michuan Yanke Longmu Lun .The frequency of each herb included in the datebase was computed, mainly to QingReXieHuo, XinWenFaSan herb; 12 core combination and 6 new prescriptions were mined form the database base on the 114 prescriptions for External oculopathy. Mes-senger drug appeared frequently, in the front position. CONCLUSIONS The Michuan Yanke Longmu Lun in the Waizhang Eye Diseasesprescription focuses on using QingReXieHuo, TongFuXieRe,XinWenFaSan herb, and the im-portance of Messenger drug use.
