摘　　要：当前腭咽部手术仍是治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的最常用术式,但其客观有效率并不高,其中重要的一项原因即此类手术无法解决部分患者的舌咽平面阻塞。为了提高外科手术治疗OSAHS的有效率,在过去的数十年中已有多种舌咽部术式被应用于临床,其中也包括舌与舌骨悬吊术,此类手术通过内置的聚丙烯缝线将舌根或舌骨牵拉并悬吊固定于下颌骨内面,以期达到降低舌体顺应性或扩大舌咽空间的效果,从而有助于降低呼吸事件发生的程度及频率。舌与舌骨悬吊术创伤性小、简单易实施且并发症发生率低,既往亦有多项研究证实了其有效性,在临床中此类手术已被广泛应用于临床,本文将就舌与舌骨悬吊术进行详细介绍,以期为其进一步的规范化开展提供有价值的参考。The velopharyngeal surgery is still the most widely applied procedures for obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS） , however, the objective success rate of such surgery is less satisfied due to glossopharyngeal obstruction in some OSAHS patients. In order to improving the efficacy of surgical treatments, several glossopharyngeal procedures have been applied during the past decades, including the tongue and hyoid suspension surgery. In the tongue and hyoid suspension procedures, the tongue base or hyoid is suspended and fixed at the lingual surface of the mandible with planted polypropylene sutures, therefore, the compliance of the tongue could be decreased or the posterior airway space of the glossopharynx could be enlarged, which is vital for alleviating the severity respiratory events. The advantages of suspension surgical procedures included little trauma, simple operative procedures and less complications, the efficacy have also been proved by a number of studies. The tongue and hyoid suspension surgery has currently been widely applied in clinical practice and this article is a review of such procedures.
