摘　　要：渤海上京城是唐代渤海国（698~926年）的都城,早期被称为＂渤海王城＂,在渤海国实行五京制度之后称＂上京龙泉府＂,晚期被称为＂忽汗城＂。其故城址位于今黑龙江省宁安市渤海镇,东北距宁安市35公里,西南距镜泊湖13.4公里（图一）。现今遗址内有渤海镇及其所属白庙子村、双庙子村和西地村等。2010年7~10月,为配合大遗址保护工作,The Shangjing City located in present-day Bohai Town, Ning’an County, Heilongjiang Province, is the capital of the Bohai Kingdom（698-926 AD） in the Tang Dynasty. In July through October 2010,to coordinate with the large site preservation project, Heilongjiang Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology excavated the north gate of the palace city of the Shangjing City, and recovered the gate terraces, gateways, palace city walls and moats, and unearthed large amounts of architectural parts and some potsherds and iron wares. This excavation made clear that the north gate of the palace city of the Shangjing City of the Bohai Kingdom was a double-gateway gate with two abreast gateways consisting of the east terrace, east gateway, central partition, west gateway, west terrace and the palace city walls linked to them. The excavation of the north gate provided new materials for the in-depth researches on the capital city gate system of the Tang Dynasty.
