摘 要:糖尿病与骨质疏松是临床上常见的代谢性疾病,对人类健康构成了严重威胁,研究认为糖尿病是骨质疏松发病的危险因素,二者在分子水平上交叉重叠,因此降糖药在控制慢性高血糖持续状态的同时对骨代谢可能会产生一定的影响,本文综述了糖尿病与骨代谢之间的关系以及近年来常用降糖药对骨代谢影响的研究进展,旨在为临床合理用药提供依据。[Summary] The prevalence of diabetes mellitus and osteoporosis is rapidly growing and pose a serious threat to human health,. Accumulating evidence indicates that diabetes mellitus is a risk factor for osteoporosis and they could be linked by similar pathophysiological mechanisms. Antidiabetic agents may not only help to control the chronic hyperglycemia state but can also effect bone, This article reviewed the correlation between diabetes mellitus and bone metabolism and summarized the available data on skeletal effects of clinically approved antidiabetic therapies, aimed to provide the basis for clinical medicine use.
