摘　　要：目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏治疗压疮的临床疗效与护理对策.方法 48例压疮患者创面全部采用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗,根据创面情况分别采取暴露疗法和包扎疗法,暴露疗法者每日换药4～6次,包扎疗法者每日换药1次,观察创面愈合效果.结果 48例患者中痊愈39例,好转9例,总有效率达100%.结论 湿润烧伤膏具有保护创面,为创面持续营造湿润、微酸、洁净环境等作用,可促进压疮创面愈合.Objective To study the clinical treatment effects and nursing strategy of MEBO Ointment in the treat-ment of bedsores. Methods Fourth-eight patients with bedsores were treated with the dressing change of MEBO Ointment. The exposed therapy and bandage therapy were adopted based on the wound conditions, with the dressing change frequency being 4-6 times per day and once per day respectively. The healing effects of bedsore wounds were observed. Results Of the 48 patients, 39 cases healed and 9 cases turned for the better, with the total effective rate being 100%. Conclusion MEBO Ointment can promote the wound healing of bedsores since it can protect the wound and create a moist, acidy and clean environment for wounds and etc.
